Whether it’s a gentle hit-around with friends you’re after, or to take part in our mixed-doubles tournament during the summer, it’s all possible at the Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club.

Hatha Yoga

A revitalising Hatha Yoga focusing on breath work, deep movement, activation and relaxation of the body to take care of yourself.

Classes take place on Sunday mornings. Beginner and advance classes available.

Cat Fitchett - Balance Pro

Bespoke group sessions based on the traditional Pilates principles with all of Cat's own creative methods, using the cutting-edge Balanced Body MOTR (all equipment provided).

The MOTR is a self-contained full body training system targeting strength training, balance and agility work, functional training, cardio and core: the workouts you need to gain a strong, agile body and balanced musculature. Sessions will be a proactive pace targeting all areas.

Group sessions at the Berkshire or 1:1 sessions available.

Katrina Brugada - Acupuncture & Massage

After training to become a personal trainer and clinical Pilates instructor back in 2009, Katrina went on to look at the body more as a whole. She now works as an acupuncturist and Tuina massage therapist.

Katrina also loves helping women with their many changing phases of life - hormonal changes, gut and skin health, fertility, perimenopause and menopausal symptoms.
